i’m not sure if the disconnect was with appsumo or stickermule, but the “what to do next” communication from appsumo wasn’t great. I also had issues with my order of 2 sticker packs and only getting one code from appsumo.
I followed up via email with Noah, he sent me on to Andrew (i think) at stickermule, and everyone was super helpful in getting things resolved.
as for quality of the product, as I already said to Andrew via email, the cut wasn’t perfect, but that’s probably more related to our design and not their process.
overall, i’m very pleased.
My experience with the App Sumo deal at Sticker Mule was absolutely fantastic. Once I submitted my design they very quickly had a proof ready for my approval. In addition to that my stickers arrived well before they said they would. Finally, the stickers are flat out awesome. Great deal and experience all around.
Would definitey recommend stickermule. Very high quality stickers, and the whole process was great. Someone who was able to spend a few minutes tweaking my design, and understanding my direction was incredible useful, service was great.
Great product but they marked the value too high for customs, so I got hit with a hefty additional charge. Their response was more annoying, along the lines of “you got a good deal in the first place”. Beware if ordering outside the US.
I’m using IE7 and I can’t click on the stars to give an overall rating but I would say 4/5. The stickers were great quality and fast, but they didn’t contact me right away.
Communication, graphic design, delivery, price, everything is awesome!
They were great with a fast turnaround, and when they sent me the wrong size, they didn’t question it and did it again

Good stickers but just like Scott, got charged a huge duty fee. $46 duty for 100 stickers makes it only worthwhile in the US.

outside the US – BEWARE !!! got stung for £20 import duty because the value was too high for customs. This took the shine off what would have been a good deal.
The stickers are good for the discounted price. Had some 4″ die-cut stickers made and the edges were not clean and the right-angles were not always sharp. A little hard to peel off the back. The ink color was pretty great and the sticker I put on the back of my car seems to be holding up pretty well since putting it up two months ago. Overall, not bad for small investment.
I bought a few of sticker deals and when I used each coupon it was great price and great service . I had no problems and lots of fun with it. I can’t wait for such a deal to run again!
